Private Training Program: Each program is results-oriented and tailored to the trainee, not a one-size-fits-all program! I employ a variety of training protocols including: Classic Performance-based Strength and Conditioning, Metabolic Resistance Training, Density Training and Core Conditioning.
Cast and Group Training Program: This is ideal for actors or people who would like to work in a small group setting. Limit of 6-8 people per package.
Specificity and Athlete Program: This program is designed to improve athletic performance related to specific skills and sports. It is perfect for the athlete preparing for the next Spartan!
I also offer general lifestyle and nutrition coaching to help improve total body health and well-being.

As a fitness trainer, I have been blessed to have worked with dozens of amazing people. Many have sought to improve overall health, mobility and strength, which is the core of my purpose. I don't see the point of being at 5% body fat, while feeling lethargic and sick all of the damn time.
I have also studied: Hormone Optimization, MMA Strength and Conditioning, Pre-Natal Fitness, Vegetarian Nutrition
